Sensorless control technology of PMSMs is great importance for safety and reliability in electric vehicles. Among all existing methods, only the extended flux-based method has performance over speed range. However, accuracy flux rotor position observer are greatly affected by dead-time effect. In this paper, adopted to develop a sensorless system. The influence effect on analyzed correction specially designed guarantee whole A comparison estimation precision among method, electromotive force (EMF)-based high frequency signal injection given simulations. proposed system verified experiments. experimental results show that with satisfactory full range both loaded non-loaded situations. error within 4% working conditions. improves effectively.
